If an emergency arises do you know who to call? REMS is one of the providers that make up the emergency response system and actively supports the 911 system. One call to 911 ensures prompt activation of the emergency response system. If you have a non-emergency situation, REMS is ready to take your call and arrange your transportation from our state of the art communication center. Regional EMS has high quality EMS technicians, that will respond with the caring touch and professional care that puts our patients at ease. The staff at Regional EMS consists of Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) technicians that are licensed through the state of Michigan, many with National Registry Certification.

Non Emergency Services
Non-Emergency Transportation Incapacitation no longer means that a person is stuck at home. Regional EMS offers non-emergency transport to wheelchair bound patients from hospitals, nursing homes and private residences for just $35.00 for the first 10 miles and $1 per mile thereafter. Our staff are trained to provide you with safe comfortable transportation including assistance from door to door. For a nominal fee, our staff will remain with you during your time away, ensuring prompt transportation to your next destination.
