Our ambulances are fully equipped and capable of handling any and all types of medical transportation requests. All Regional EMS ambulance personnel are licensed through the State of Michigan in their respective level of training. Our employees are continually updated on all protocol, clinical and educational changes in our industry. We strive to maintain excellence by recruiting, developing and retaining highly skilled, professional employees.

Regional EMS is among a very small group of EMS providers in the world to be accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Ambulance Services (CAAS). Approximately 140 ambulance services world wide have reached this level of recognition. Being Accredited assures our patients and community that Regional EMS has met the Commission's high standard for quality patient care and that Regional EMS stands ready to care for your families if needed. Having Accreditation status assures our local officials that Regional EMS has undergone careful scrutiny by an independent review process. Our medical community can also be confident that Regional EMS is providing high quality patient care in accordance with nationally-accepted, medical standards.
